Adults-only service
YOOY is for adults aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 may not register or use the service. YOOY prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to accounts, voice rooms, submitted content, and virtual-item interactions.
Prohibited conduct
- Creating, requesting, distributing, or facilitating CSAM, including synthetic or digitally altered depictions.
- Sexual grooming, solicitation, sexualized interactions, or predatory conduct involving anyone under 18.
- Sextortion, coercion, trafficking, or commercial sexual exploitation involving a child.
- Using accounts, rooms, or virtual items to support or conceal such conduct.
Report a concern
Use available in-app report or feedback tools, or email [email protected] with the subject “YOOY Child Safety Report”. Include relevant user or room IDs, the approximate time, and a brief description where available.
Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Provide identifiers and context instead. If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency or child-protection authorities.
Response and contact
YOOY reviews reports and may remove prohibited material, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts. Suspected illegal conduct or material is reported to competent authorities where required by law. Legally required evidence preservation is handled with restricted access.
